What would you say if I tell you this chocolate is first of all DELICIOUS, 100% vegan, diary free, egg free, gluten free and surely guilt free?
Vegan chocolate my way:
I warmed up in a saucepan:
2 tablespoons of coconut butter,
1 tablespoon coconut oil,
2 teaspoons of coconut sugar,
1 tablespoon of cocoa powder
Added toasted cashew nuts, hemp seeds and dried cranberries
I’ve mixed it well, placed in a squared container, pressed hard and it went to the refrigerator for 2 hours
